2023 Rosy-Faced Rose`

Inspired by a visit of the sweetest, little Rosy-faced lovebirds that made its way into our cellar one day. This co-ferment field blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel grapes resulted in a Rose` kissed by a rosy orangehue with a touch of sweetness. Just like our love bird.

This beautiful Rose` delivers an elegant, pale pink color with notes of guava, raspberry, cherry, hints of grapefruits, tart green apple, tangy melon and slight candy fruit. Dry light /medium body, crisp acidity, pairs well with strawberry and raspberry salad, raw fruit, salmon, range of cheeses, and roasted eggplant.
